Terms of Service
These terms outline how we work together: how quotes and contracts are formed, what each side is responsible for, and how hosting and support are provided.

Our services
We design, build and host custom AI servers and dedicated GPU infrastructure. Each server is built to order around the client’s workload. We also offer colocation, where you ship us your own hardware and we rack it, connect it and bring it online.
Quotes and contracts
Every engagement starts with a custom quote based on your workload, hardware and contract requirements. A binding agreement is formed only when a written quote is signed by both parties. Hosting contracts start from a minimum of 12 months, with longer terms and lease-to-own options available.
Pricing
We do not publish fixed prices. Pricing is specific to each build and is set out in your quote. Any example configurations shown on this site are illustrative starting points, not fixed products or prices.
Hosting, SLA and hardware maintenance
Servers are hosted in ISO-certified datacenters in Europe and the US environment with 1, 10, 40 or 100GbE network options and IPMI out-of-band access. Optional SLA terms can include active or passive hardware maintenance, defined in your contract. Specific availability and response commitments, if any, are those stated in your signed agreement.
Your responsibilities
After handover you have full root and IPMI access and manage your own software. You are responsible for your operating system, applications, data and their lawful use. We can pre-install software on request, but we do not manage your software stack unless separately agreed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the infrastructure for unlawful activity or in any way that harms the datacenter, the network or other clients. We may suspend service for serious breaches, as detailed in your contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your signed contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms and any contract are governed by the laws of [the Netherlands], and disputes are subject to the competent court of [jurisdiction], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in your signed contract governs that engagement.
